This Keyboard is suited to application in medicine, pharmacy, chemistry and food industry. The coating contains a special antimicrobial agent called Microban^®.

Microban^® technology inhibits the growth of microbes on contact working continuously to maintain a consistently lower bio-burden than would be expected on a product without Microban protection! It inhibits the growth of bacteria mold and mildew that cause stains, odors and product degradation.

The added Microban^® protection and the rugged construction make InduMedical™ ideal for use in hospitals, doctor's surgeries and other hygiene-sensitive applications. In addition to the Microban® protection the keyboard can also be disinfected and wiped.

The InduMedical is sealed to IP65 standard making it impervious to dust and liquids and comes with a rugged ABS case. The keys are high quality OMRON-short-travel-switches that offer a comfortable tactile key response. The integrated capacitive touchpad can be used comfortably and is offering safe and reliable input. The InduMedical standard model comes as a desktop version with an operating temperature range from 0°C to 50°C.

The construction of the InduMedical is based on a high quality, worldwide estimated technology. Because of the application of short travel switches the keyboard bids an excellent tactile feedback in spite of the closed surface.
