Dome-Switch Keyboards with foil overlay

These assemblies have a flat construction. The lower layer switching element is a solid PCB. This gives the construction a good own stability. At the key-positions you can find gold plated or other contact improving treated contact points. The Gold-to-Gold technology has the best switch-reliability. The metal domes are placed into the appropriate openings at the spacer and are be secured by a fixing foil. The cover of the layer system is a multicolor printed design foil. On the PCB backside InduKey® can integrate complete electronic systems in SMD technique, for example a keyboard-controller.
